The dishes presented on the menu are a journey into the most refined Sicilian gastronomic culture. The combination of territoriality and seasonality expresses a joyous combination of old traditions and modernity. The cellar offers a rich wine list: local specialities, but also national and transalpine labels. Attentive to the needs of an international clientele, it also has an offer of kosher wines. Our wines of choice are Sicilian wines. Sicily, in fact, thanks to its variety of climate and soil (volcanic, clay and limestone) offers a wide selection of high quality vines.
Incanto Ortea Restaurant
Incanto Restaurant was founded in 2018 as a gourmet restaurant in Syracuse, concurrently with the restructuring carried out by Russottfinance which transformed the former Palazzo delle Poste into the current Ortea Palace. Magnificently located on the top floor of the elegant five-star hotel, the restaurant reflects all the elegance and style of the hotel.
